{"id":11525,"date":"2025-03-17T12:40:44","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T11:40:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.unifr.ch\/dit\/faq\/?p=11525"},"modified":"2025-03-17T12:50:05","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T11:50:05","slug":"remote-control","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.unifr.ch\/dit\/faq\/article\/remote-control\/","title":{"rendered":"[E] : Prise de main \u00e0 distance (Remote Help)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La prise de main \u00e0 distance par le Service Desk de la DIT consiste \u00e0 prendre, avec l&#8217;autorisation pr\u00e9alable de l&#8217;utilisateur\u00b7trice, le contr\u00f4le d&#8217;un ordinateur.<\/p>\n<p>Elle permet aux informaticien\u00b7nes du Service Desk de la DIT d&#8217;intervenir rapidement et \u00e0 distance afin d&#8217;apporter la meilleure solution \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me informatique ou de r\u00e9pondre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 une question en lien avec l&#8217;ordinateur.<\/p>\n<h3>Ordinateurs Windows<\/h3>\n<p>Les ordinateurs Windows d\u00fbment inventori\u00e9s du parc informatique de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Fribourg disposent du programme &#8220;Remote Help&#8221;, &#8220;Assistance Rapide&#8221; sans l&#8217;approbation de son utilisateur\u00b7trice !<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un premier contact avec un\u00b7e informaticien\u00b7ne du Service Desk, si ce dernier ou cette derni\u00e8re estime que prise de main \u00e0 distance s&#8217;av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire, l&#8217;utilisateur\u00b7trice va voir la notification suivante sur son \u00e9cran, indiquant notamment les pr\u00e9nom et nom de l&#8217;informaticien\u00b7ne.<\/p>\n<p>Clic sur le bouton &#8220;<strong>Ouvrir l&#8217;assistance \u00e0 distance<\/strong>&#8221; en fran\u00e7ais, si cela s&#8217;av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarque 2 : si la notification d\u00e9crite ci-dessus ne s&#8217;affichait pas, ce qui pourrait arriver si le syst\u00e8me Windows est trop ancien, il faut :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) que l&#8217;utilisateur\u00b7trice recherche et d\u00e9marre le programme &#8220;Remote Help&#8221;, &#8220;Assistance Rapide&#8221; en fran\u00e7ais.
