On March the 12th Prof. Gugler gave a lecture on "The Role of Smart and Innovative Cities as Engine of Sustainable Development of Regions and Nations" during the NIDA International Business Conference in Bangkok.
On November the 27th 2015, Prof. Gugler already delivered a lecture on the drivers of the Swiss competitiveness to a group of 25 staff members from the NIDA who visited the Center for Competitiveness of the University of Fribourg
