The iimt participated in the Business Innovation Week (1st - 3rd of October) in Zürich Oerlikon. The motto of the week was "man-machine–megatrends" and entrepreneurs, leaders, start-ups and dedicated professionals from various business units and companies gathered to share their projects, products and visions for a digital future. The conference has highlighted that now more than ever, agility, flexibility and personal networking are essential success factors in keeping pace with digital developments and growing with them. In addition to digital know-how, skills such as creativity, innovative spirit and social skills are particularly essential for implementing and accompanying change processes.
