Le projet vise \u00e0 promouvoir des choix alimentaires plus sains dans la restauration collective.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conf\u00e9rences<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le Professeur Olivier Furrer a particip\u00e9 a \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence Atlas-AFMI qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 La Rochelle, France, du 19 au 21 mai 2025. Il a tenu le r\u00f4le de co-chair de la track Faire face aux crises, aux menaces et aux d\u00e9r\u00e8glements croissants de l&#8217;environnement international.<\/li>\n<li>La doctorante Mik\u00e8le Landry a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la 19\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la conf\u00e9rence QUIS \u00e0 Rome, Italie, du 3 au 6 juin 2025.
