Dear Partners, Colleagues, and Future Student, as 2025 draws to a close, we are pleased to share some of the highlights that have shaped this vibrant year at the iimt. The past months have been filled with new faces, inspiring encounters, and exciting initiatives that continue to strengthen our mission: delivering high-quality education at the crossroads of technology and management.<\/p>\n

New Members at the iimt
<\/strong>The year 2025 has been marked by the arrival of three new colleagues who bring fresh energy and expertise to our team.<\/p>\n

Anne-Emmanuelle Blum<\/strong>\u00a0joined the iimt as\u00a0Head Executive Programmes and Administration<\/strong>. With extensive professional experience in fields such as human resources and recruitment, she brings valuable expertise in talent management and organisational development. She now oversees our\u00a0Executive Education<\/strong>\u00a0programmes (CAS, DAS and EMBA), as well as the development of our partner network and alumni relations.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0September 2025<\/strong>,\u00a0Ana Ferreira<\/strong>\u00a0joined us as an\u00a0Undergraduate Assistant<\/strong>, while pursuing her\u00a0Master in management<\/strong>. She actively contributes to\u00a0marketing and communication<\/strong>\u00a0activities and supports various internal coordination and administrative projects, playing a key role in the smooth organisation of our events and initiatives.<\/p>\n

Finally, in\u00a0November 2025<\/strong>,\u00a0Maxim Lukas<\/strong>\u00a0became part of the iimt team. With a strong academic background in economics and management, he brings excellent analytical and strategic skills. Fluent in\u00a0English, German, and French<\/strong>, he combines a rigorous analytical mindset with a strong interest in applied research, actively contributing to the institute\u2019s development and projects.<\/p>\n

The iimt Institute Council: Rethinking Future Strategies Together
<\/strong>In early November, the\u00a0iimt Institute Council<\/strong>\u00a0held its\u00a0biannual meeting<\/strong>, dedicated to reflecting on the institute\u2019s future directions. This gathering provided an invaluable opportunity to align visions and set strong foundations for the years ahead.
We would like to warmly thank\u00a0Professor Philippe Gugler<\/strong>, who chaired the Council until now, for his dedication and significant contribution to the iimt\u2019s development.<\/p>\n

Graduation Dinner
<\/strong>On\u00a027 November 2025<\/strong>, we have proudly celebrated the achievements of our graduates during the annual\u00a0Graduation Dinner<\/strong>. This special occasion marks the culmination of their commitment, perseverance, and hard work. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all graduates for successfully completing their academic journey.<\/p>\n

Participation in Explora 2025
<\/strong>The iimt had the pleasure of participating in\u00a0Explora 2025<\/strong>, the University of Fribourg\u2019s annual event dedicated to discovery and exchange. This year, the iimt highlighted its\u00a0Executive Education<\/strong>\u00a0programmes, including our\u00a0CAS, DAS, and EMBA<\/strong>, showcasing how our executive education offer responds to the evolving needs of professionals and organisations.
We were delighted to engage with many visitors and partners, reaffirming the growing interest in flexible, practice-oriented, and innovative learning opportunities.<\/p>\n

Fribourg International: A Network in Motion
<\/strong>The iimt also took part in\u00a0Fribourg International<\/strong>, an inspiring event celebrating diversity and global engagement within our region. As an academic institution deeply rooted in the Fribourg ecosystem, we had the opportunity to present our\u00a0Executive Education programmes<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0cross-border collaboration initiatives<\/strong>.
These exchanges underscored the importance of cooperation between academia, business, and institutions to strengthen the international visibility and attractiveness of the canton of Fribourg.<\/p>\n
