This approach enables professionals to adapt their learning journey to their evolving career goals, while continuously deepening their knowledge and competencies. In a rapidly changing professional landscape, this flexibility offers a sustainable and structured way to invest in one\u2019s development, step by step and at one\u2019s own pace.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>Following its announcement in our previous newsletter, we are pleased to officially launch the CAS Strategy Champion<\/strong>, starting on 27 May 2026.
This programme provides a structured approach to strategy development, covering the full process from analysis and design to implementation and performance monitoring.
Combining academic rigor with practical relevance, the programme offers hands on tools, interactive learning formats, and insights from experienced practitioners. It enables participants to translate strategic concepts into concrete and actionable results within their organisations.
As a new addition to the iimt portfolio, it reflects our commitment to addressing the growing complexity of today\u2019s business environment through practice oriented executive education.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>This spring, the iimt is proud to introduce a new Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Category Management & Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>, developed in close collaboration with the GS1 Switzerland Competence Center Category Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Designed to address the rapid transformation of retail and procurement environments, the CAS combines strategic category management with the growing impact of artificial intelligence.
Participants will gain practical tools to optimise product assortments, improve decision-making through data, and leverage AI-driven insights in competitive markets.
The programme reflects the increasing need for professionals who can bridge analytical capabilities with strategic business thinking in a data-driven and omnichannel environment.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>In close collaboration with industry partners, the iimt continuously creates tailored executive education programmes. One recent example is the CAS in Data Literacy & AI Application, developed specifically for Swisscom employees and launched on 5 March 2026.<\/p>\n\n
<\/strong>At the iimt, our programmes are designed with flexibility and long-term development in mind. Each CAS can be combined with other programmes and built upon over time, allowing participants to progressively develop their expertise and work towards further qualifications.<\/p>\n
